OES 1st graders received free bicycle helmets this week from Quota of Wayne County. Officer Bueno was also on hand to talk to the students about bicycle safety and the importance of wearing your bike helmet. OES would like to give a big thank you to both the Quota Club volunteers and Officer Bueno!
