The Orrville City Schools Strategic Plan for 2025–2029 reflects our deep commitment to listening to and collaborating with the entire Orrville community. This comprehensive plan was developed through an extensive stakeholder engagement process, which included community-wide surveys, focus groups, individual interviews with key leaders, and meaningful input from students, families, staff, and community members. We have established a shared vision and actionable goals that will guide our district over the next four years by grounding the plan in the voices and perspectives of those we serve.
The result is a forward-looking strategic plan that outlines five key goal areas: Communications, Student Engagement and Participation, Student Academic Achievement, Optimizing Facilities and Operations, and Community Partnerships.
